With an impressive 225-point run Custom Cruisin Time topped the Open Derby at the First Annual Reining Sparktacular Derby.
At the first annual Sparktacular show the dirt flew and the stars in the reining horse industry were all out in force. With a very impressive list of who’s who in the reining world, Tim McQuay, Dell Hendricks, Tom McCutcheon just to name a few. With great runs and tough competition Jordan Larson, Whitesboro, Texas, entered the arena as the last horse in a very intense class. With a stunning run that was truly flawless, Larson manoeuvred the 4 year old Custom Crome mare, Custom Cruisin Time to a score of 225. With fast, precise circles and impressive spins and powerful stops, Custom Cruisin Time picked up the championship in the Open Derby. “She’s a wonderful mare; who always gives it her all,” Jordan said of the mare by Custom Crome and out of Peppy Time Fifty.
