Stun Gun is a 2004 AQHA and APHA mare by Colonels Smoking Gun and is out of Sugar Baby Whiz. Stun Gun was a great show horse for Caballo Rojo Ranch and we really enjoyed owning and showing her. is one of the top earning Topsail Whiz mares in the Reining Horse world. Carl Lambert showed this AQHA and APHA mare and had a great amount of success. Stun Gun had started her training with Jared Leclair and he showed her as a three year old at the NRHA Futurity, making the NRHA Futurity Intermediate Open Finals. Jared Leclair also made SWRHA Futurity Intermediate Open Finals, so Stun Gun had proven she was going to make a great NRHA show horse by the time Victoria Lambert purchased her at the 2007 NRHA Futurity. Later Sam Smith, of Sam Smith Reining Horses, took the reins and proved to be a successful team with Stun Gun also. Sam went on to win the Intermediate Open at the Gordyville Breeders Cup, as well as other top honors at NRHA events. Victoria Lambert showed Stun Gun at the APHA World Show and ended up third, after a slight rider error in the finals. When Carl Lambert took the reins the team really hit it off and Stun Gun and Carl Lambert won many top honors at NRHA events. Stun Gun was a talented and good minded show mare. While we sold her in 2011,  we look forward to riding her offspring, as she had a 2012 Cromed Out Mercedes daughter that is owned by Victoria Lambert.
